CRO copy and CTA optimization — text and messaging changes only, no design changes
Hero Section Transformation
The original homepage led with a generic, feature-focused headline with no CTAs, no phone number visible in the header, and a subhead that talked about the company rather than the customer. We rebuilt the hero messaging from the ground up:
- Replaced the generic headline with an emotional, outcome-driven headline that speaks to what the customer actually cares about — their family's safety
- Added a local credibility pre-headline ("Protecting Okanagan Properties for 25+ Years") to establish trust before the visitor even reads the headline
- Introduced dual CTAs ("Call Now" + "Get Your FREE Site Evaluation") where there were previously none
- Made the phone number prominent in the header — visible on every page without scrolling
- Rewrote the subheader to focus on what Eyecom does for the customer instead of what the company offers
- Added a reassurance line beneath the CTAs ("Get your FREE On-Site Evaluation and Quote — no obligation.")
Beyond the Hero Section
- Rewrote service page headlines to lead with outcomes rather than features
- Replaced passive CTAs ("Contact Us") with specific, value-driven consistent CTA's ("Get Your FREE Site Evaluation")
- Restructured service page copy to follow a problem → solution → proof → action flow
- Made the phone number & "Call Now" more prominent across all touchpoints
All changes were copy and messaging only — proving that conversion improvements don't always require a redesign.
